2024 Christmas & Birthday Gift

Great news, our LDSCC Cooperative is here to give you, our dear members, your Christmas Gift, plus extras for your Birthday this year and others…

Just make sure that you provide official receipts dated from September 1 up to Dec. 31, 2024. Please kindly take a clear picture of the receipts in order for the amounts to be duly approved by our officers and do the following:

  1. Prepare receipt amounting to your Pabirthday, Pamasko or others
  2. Login to your LDSCC Members portal found in https://ldscreditcoop.com/members
  3. Click the Member Requests icon on the left menu bar
  4. Select Birthday and Christmas Gift as the Purpose
  5. Attach your files (with JPG, JPEG or PNG extension)
  6. Indicate your Reimbursement amount – Should not exceed the indicated Max amount even though your receipt indicate otherwise
  7. Select your Mode of Payment – Savings, amount with be deposited to your Coop Savings or Direct to be deposited to your registered BPI Bank Account
  8. Once ready click Submit

Important Note:

  • The items indicated on your receipt should indicate any grocery and merchandise invoice items normally given as gifts
  • The receipt should exclude services like; electricity, repairs including parts, or gasoline and the likes
  • If your status is Not in Good Standing please contact the LDSCC Credit Committee for assistance
  • Only new members this year is included in the benefit
